Oxen rearing

We have a small production of 6/8 animals per year, to ensure that they are cared for with delicacy and care.

They are animals born on the farm, morphologically selected, reared in freedom and fed on natural resources and fodder produced on the farm.

They are castrated at less than one year of age, so that when they are 5/6 years old they produce delicious meat. The texture and flavour of the pastures of this land linked to this breed means that the meat is infiltrated with fat but not saturated. The resulting meat is a delicacy for lovers of this product.
