Reduction of carbon footprint

Our livestock farming activity has an impact on the environment, so we try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible to keep this impact as low as possible. Our cows and oxen are fed exclusively on domestic cereals and grass from our fields.

We know the importance of conserving the environment

If we want our product to be good, we must look after the habitat of our livestock. In this way, we also contribute to the survival of our trade from generation to generation, allowing future livestock to graze in the same fields where our cattle graze.
